NANOFLUIDICS

Nanofluidics explores the transport of fluids confined at the nanometer scale. It has emerged as an extremely active research area, not only due to the richness and the uniqueness of the phenomena involved, but also because of its tremendous range of applications in fields such as energy, biotechnology, medicine, chemical engineering and environment.

Research in nanofluidics is highly interdisciplinary, at the crossroads of Physics, Mechanics, Chemistry, Biology and Material Science. It was therefore natural to organize a joint workshop between the GDRs "Interfacial Soft Matter" and "MicroNanofluidics", to gather the French and international communities on this subject.

The workshop will take place from October 16th to 18th, on the campus of the Grenoble Alpes University.

Registrations are open (see "Attending the workshop" below), and we are welcoming contributed talks and posters until September 18th.
